1. The Challenge
Through our work with nonprofit organizations, we noticed a major gap in the online donations market. Competing platforms were charging high fees, taking ownership of donor data, and slowing down payouts, creating barriers for charities trying to fundraise effectively. We needed to build a better solution: one that empowered nonprofits, eliminated unnecessary costs, and gave them full control over their donor relationships.

2. Our Approach
At HCO Innovation, we designed and developed AutoAjr, an internal SaaS platform built specifically for nonprofits. Our focus was on transparency, control, and customization. AutoAjr integrates directly with each organization’s own payment processor, ensuring instant access to funds, while giving them full ownership of their donor data. We also prioritized flexibility by offering custom landing pages tailored to each campaign, helping nonprofits maximise engagement during key giving periods.
3. What We Delivered
AutoAjr is a feature-rich donation management platform that includes:
- Custom-Branded Landing Pages: Designed at no additional cost, these pages highlight each nonprofit’s identity while optimising conversions.
- Special Campaign Pages: Dedicated templates for Ramadan, Friday donations, and Dhul Hijjah, allowing organizations to boost giving during high-impact periods.
- Real-Time Dashboard: A comprehensive donor management dashboard giving nonprofits full access to their data, insights, and analytics, without restrictions.
- Instant Payouts: By using the nonprofit’s own payment processor, funds are transferred immediately with no middlemen or delays.
- Zero Platform Fees: AutoAjr is offered completely free to nonprofit clients, keeping every donation where it belongs, with the cause.
- Full Data Ownership: Unlike competitors, AutoAjr never takes donor data; nonprofits maintain 100% control over their relationships and engagement.
4. Impact & Results
AutoAjr has helped nonprofits increase recurring donations, streamline campaign launches, and improve donor retention, all without paying platform fees. By removing financial and technical barriers, we’ve enabled organizations to focus on what matters most: maximising their impact. The platform has already been adopted by multiple nonprofits.
